Proofs
- Proofs are generally available 1 business day after you place your order.
- Proofs are e-mailed to your as an image file.
- Full color printed proofs (or sample) are are available by mail for an additional charge.
- The first email proof and one revision are included with each order. Additional revisions are available at for $2.00 each.
- You are responsible for final approval of your proof - Please proof carefully for all typos, dates, times - once the final proof is approved, we are not responsible for any typos or errors.
When will my order ship?
- Most orders are printed the following business day after the proof is approved.
- Depending on the size of the order, orders can take up to 3 business days to be shipped.
- Please be sure to let us know of any deadlines you may have.
Set Up Fees, Order Cancellations
- Set up fee is $10.00 per design.
- Rush set up fee is available for $20.00. (an extra $10 over our standard set up fee.)
- Cancellations will be charged the set up fee.
- Orders can not be canceled after the proof is approved.
Why do you charge a set up fee?We offer straight forward honest pricing. We do not build the set up fee into our price per card like other online stores. This allows us to print very small orders, and makes large orders MUCH less expensive. We have no minimum order requirements. We charge our online customers the same price as we have our in store customers for over 6 years now. We think our customers appreciate our straight forward pricing and the savings and flexibility it offers.
All of our invitations are professionally typeset. You will receive a proof and can make as many changes as you like. Our set up fee allows us to do that without overcharging on the price per card or requiring minimum orders. THAT is straight forward pricing.
Price MatchingWe are so confident our straight forward pricing results in lower prices for our customers that if you find something priced lower elsewhere we'll match the total price!
Total price includes shipping, identical quantities and must be from an authorized dealer. Just mention the pricing with a link to the store in your comments field in check out and we'll follow up with you! =) A quick note - we do not price match ebay or other auction sites.
