If you would like to submit a new product for consideration please send the following to our corporate headquarters address:

2. Cost price of product.
3. Company principal or representative contact name, address, phone, fax.
4. Product sample or photo. Samples submitted cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting actual sample. Due to the number of products submitted, Mad for the Mouse.com cannot pay for samples.
