HOW TO SHOP:

Simply click on “add to cart” to put an item in your cart – this does not commit you to buying the item. After placing an item in your basket, you may either proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may remove anything in your basket at anytime by clicking on “Remove” which is found next to the item in your basket. You may see your basket at anytime by clicking on “Show Cart.” If you have any trouble ordering, please email us & let us know – we’ll be glad to help you place an order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SALES TAX:

Virginia residents add 5% sales tax.

BILLING:

After receiving your order we verify that the item is still available; there is a small chance that an item you ordered was ordered at the same time by another customer. We will send you a confirmation when we ship and bill your order.

COUPON/DISCOUNT POLICY

If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form. The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to subscribe to our newsletter ~ you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each order ~ if more than one discount applies, we will automatically apply the larger discount.

PRICING ERRORS

Although we strive for 100% accuracy, occasionally a typo or pricing error may occur. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

NEW PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS: Mad for the Mouse part of a growing group of online specialty retailers of fine decor, gifts and holiday merchandise. We love Christmas decor, limited edition collectibles and holiday ornaments and Disney merchandise. We welcome your submissions of innovative, unique, high quality products. If you would like to submit a new product for consideration please send the following address:

1. Information about the product.

2. Cost price of product. We sell only officially licensed Disney products.

3. Company principal or representative contact name, address, phone, fax.

4. Product sample or photo. Samples submitted cannot be returned unless arrangements are made prior to submitting actual sample. Due to the number of products submitted, Mad for the Mouse.com cannot pay for samples.
