We offer a 10 day return period for non-personalized items in their original condition, tags still attached and in original packaging. Shipping is not refundable.Personalized items and custom ordered items are NOT returnable. Invitation orders will be charged a $10.00 set up fee if canceled.Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

to request an RA# for your return. Be sure to write your RA# on the outside of your box ~ returns without an RA# on the outside of the box will be refused.
We advise using an insured carrier that includes tracking. All returns must take place within 10 days of receipt of items.
We can only credit the card used for the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with free gift will have the value of the gift deducted from your purchase credit.Exchanges
for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Simply order the new item online, we'll process the new order & ship it promptly. Your account will be credited when we received your return.
